Co-Director, ILRU - Independent Living Research Utilization (2015 - 2025)

  • Identified prospective grant proposals and successfully secured grants to fund nationwide programs of research, training, technical assistance, and dissemination across four major projects.
  • Managed and supervised cross institutional, multidisciplinary team of 19.
  • Formed and led large, successful national collaborative projects with budgets ranging from $3M to $5M to support the mission of the organization.
  • Analyzed grant prospects and developed short- and long-term goals, including recommendations for key partnerships, strategic programs, and program recipients of services. Prepared proposals and briefings for other leaders.

Director, IL-NET Training and Technical Assistance Center (2015 - 2024)
